1. Subscription AccessTakoFin (Tako the Finance Buddy) is a subscription-based Telegram bot designed to help users track expenses and manage finances. Access to premium features requires a valid monthly or yearly subscription, processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled.

2. Included FeaturesWith an active subscription, you gain full access to TakoFin’s features, including expense logging, smart AI categorization, analytics, and Google Sheets integration. Without an active subscription, only minimal onboarding or limited functionality may be available.

3. Refund PolicyAll payments are generally non-refundable. We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for new users. Refund requests beyond this period will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Fair Usage PolicyExcessive, automated, or abusive activity that impacts system performance may result in temporary or permanent access restrictions. TakoFin is intended for personal-use expense tracking only.

5. SupportSupport is provided exclusively through email. Response times may vary, but we aim to reply within 72 hours.

6. Data OwnershipYou retain full ownership and control of your Google Sheet and all data stored within it. By using TakoFin, you grant the bot permission to read and write to your selected sheet strictly for expense tracking, updates, and report generation.

7. Non-TransferabilitySubscriptions are tied to your Telegram User ID and are non-transferable. Shared usage or access transfers are not permitted.

8. Service AvailabilityWhile we strive for high uptime, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed due to maintenance, platform limitations, or external changes (e.g., Google/Telegram API updates). We will make reasonable efforts to restore service quickly in the event of a disruption.

9. Sunset ClauseIf TakoFin is ever permanently discontinued, refunds will only be provided for users with remaining paid subscription time, prorated based on unused access. Complimentary or bonus extensions (if any) are not eligible for refund.

10. Payment ProcessingAll payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your credit card information. Stripe may collect basic information such as country or email to process payments and localize pricing.

11. Acceptance of TermsBy using TakoFin, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the bot.

12. Policy UpdatesThese terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the bot after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
